I belive this describes minecraft very well. You start off with nothing but a tree and your fist. Next, make a crafting box. Maybe go traveling along the way (the boat). Find a cave, and explore even more.
This game is great if you just want to express your creativity. I love it.
Edit: Oh. By the way you'll find this in the town hall downstairs through the double doors.
